What’s included in your price?
Our price includes cost for food, rentals (dinnerware, silverware, glassware, linens and napkins), staffing, delivery, service charge, and local sales tax. If a venue charges a catering fee, this will be added to the invoice.
Are we able to get our own rentals? (dinnerware, silverware, glassware, linens and napkins)
Yes, of course! We are here to guide you to obtain the items you need. For plated events, there are certain size plates that work better than others. We are more than happy to walk you through this detail.
What is your average price per person?
Our average price per person will depend on many factors, such as the specific menu, service style (buffet, family, plated), staffing needs, hours on-site, and rentals (dinnerware, silverware, glassware, linens and napkins). We would love to talk with you regarding your specific event.
Does service charge include gratuity?
Service charge includes all overhead costs to cater your event (insurance, workers comp, add’l equipment, administrative charges).
Gratuity is not included, but is always appreciated! An optional 10-20% gratuity, based on the size and type of event, is suggested.
Do you have any minimums?
Our minimums are 30 guests for weekday events (Monday-Friday for breakfast/lunch) and 50 guests for weekend events (Friday evening-Sunday). If you book a Micro Wedding, the maximum number of guests is 30 and a minimum wouldn’t apply as these are pre-fixe events.
Do you offer drop off or pickup services?
We are not offering drop off or pickup services at this time. We want you to have the best quality service possible and feel we are able to accomplish this by providing a fully catered, staffed event. In the wake of Covid-19, we are following guidelines recommended by the CDC and will work with you regarding social distancing. Your health and safety are our top priority.
Do you offer tastings?
Absolutely! Our tasting fee is $100 for up to two people and $150 for up to four people. If you book us within 30 days of the tasting, that fee is applied towards your final invoice.
What is included in the tasting?
We will work with you to create a menu specific to your event. If you are doing
buffet, plated or family-style service, the tasting will include three delicious
entrees and two sides to complement your meal. Or if you are doing an hors
d’oeuvres-only reception, the tasting will include up to 6 hors d’oeuvres. If you
want to change your menu after the tasting, we are happy to do that for you!
Can I bring my own food to the event?
We love it when our clients want to add a personal touch to their menu! Due to liability reasons, any food brought in needs to be purchased from a licensed, commercial business. Let’s discuss your options!
