Chef Thao Moore is the co-proprietor and executive chef behind Green Mangos Catering, a boutique, chef-driven catering team serving Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding Twin Cities area. Originally from Vung Tau, Vietnam and raised in Minnesota, Thao blends global inspiration with refined execution, creating menus that feel personal, polished, and memorable.
After a successful corporate career, Thao followed her passion for food and trained in culinary arts, then sharpened her skills in the Twin Cities restaurant and catering world. Today, she leads each event with an obsessive focus on flavor, timing, and hospitality, whether it is an intimate VIP dinner or a full-scale gala.
