Hospitality Speaker. Wine Educator. Executive Chef.
Thao Moore is the Executive Chef and Co-Proprietor of Green Mangos Catering, a boutique catering company serving Minneapolis and St. Paul. Her work brings together food, wine, and a passion for connecting with people.
She holds a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines through Napa Valley Wine Academy and has presented to audiences locally and nationally. Her speaking topics explore hospitality, wine, and purpose and growth, with presentations tailored to each audience and event.
